Was there for 3 days due to a college exam. It was a comfortable stay. All the basic amenities were there like tea/coffee and water in room. In room dining was also good. Staffs behaviour was good and supportive. Location is good attached to Shoprix mall, just near to upcoming RRTS station.

Services are poor. In the morning Hot water is available in wash room only after 5:30 am . To start Hot water request is tobe done first. For Room service many reminders has to be made.

property's location was good. services are ok. but food was bad and expensive. breakfast was average. they have buffet system in breakfast but services are too slow. there was no puri no tea no milk. they took a lot of time to bring the food. staff behavior was average .

If i were to imagine an experience without hot water in a room, it might feel frustrating, especially if you’re expecting a warm shower or need hot water for other reasons. It could throw off your plans, especially if you’ve had a long day and just want to relax. You might try reaching out to the staff to see if it’s a temporary issue or if they can offer a solution, like access to a different room or a workaround. had a pleasant stay at [HYPHEN PREMIER HOTEL] The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided. Rooms are nice and pleasant. Service is also good. Best part is the location, which is favorable if we are travel-ling from city or even from outside.
